Where a product becomes unavailable after acceptance of your order, Yam Creations Pty Ltd will contact the customer and offer an alternative and / or remove that item from the order and refund any payments processed in relation to this.

21. The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Yam Creations Pty Ltd pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
22. Bra Straps.com.au will notify you if items are temporarily out of stock, and will allow you to choose either wait for the item to come into stock, select another item, or cancel the order.

Bra Straps.com.au is committed to protecting your privacy. The company does not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell, distribute, share or license your personal or company information to any third party.

Bra Straps.com.au does not send unsolicited emails. The only emails you will receive from the company will be billing and status updates concerning your account.

Bra Straps.com.au collects some customer information on this website to complete your order. This information is encrypted by secure servers so it cannot be read as it travels over the internet.

Refunds & Exchanges

We are happy to arrange a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. You must notify us within 14days from date of purchase to be eligible for any exchange or refund.
2. The goods are faulty due to a manufacturing default.
3. The goods are unused and returned in its original packaging.
4. Bra Straps.com.au reserves the right to refuse any return if in its opinion the goods have been used
   or soiled in any way; or become faulty due to the customers negligence or misuse.
5. The customer shall be liable for all postage costs for all warranty and returns.
6. Exchanges can only be made against items with the same monetary value.
7. For the goods to be considered for a refund or exchange, it must be accompanied by the Original Receipt and a Return Authorisation Number. (See instructions below on how to obtain this Return Authorisation Number)

Procedure for obtaining a Return Authorisation Number

1. Email us at enquiries@brastraps.com.au
2. In the Subject line type "Refund / Exchange"
3. Explain the products defect and provide us with your Original Order Number. Please include your Name and a Contact Number.
4. Once you have contacted us, we will email you a Return Authorisation Number and the correct address to post the item to.
5. Please write the supplied Return Authorisation Number on the Original Receipt and then post the item to us by registered mail.

Shipping and Handling

• We ship worldwide.
• All items are posted via standard mail.
• Packing & Handling is included in the purchase price displayed on PayPal's System.
• All prices displayed in regard to the above include GST.
